- Develop strategies to navigate our emotional reactions effectively in cross-race interactions.
- Learn about our socialization patterns as White women.
- Recognize the power and influence that white women have, as a group, and how to channel them toward change for the betterment of our communities and organizations.
- NTL’s signature approach features experiential learning, interactive dialogue, and the application of new learning to participants’ personal situations.
