    • Understand the White privilege/advantage dynamics resulting from systemic racism that are part of our daily lives.

    • Understand the different types of microaggressions that are part of every Person of Color’s daily life experience and increase skill in responding to them.

    • Develop strategies to navigate our emotional reactions effectively in cross-race interactions.

    • Learn about our socialization patterns as White women.

    • Recognize the power and influence that white women have, as a group, and how to channel them toward change for the betterment of our communities and organizations.

    • NTL’s signature approach features experiential learning, interactive dialogue, and the application of new learning to participants’ personal situations.

Cost of Program:

    • US $50 - NTL members
    • US $100 - Non-NTL members

NOTE: As this program is offered virtually, participation does require access to a computer, a stable internet connection, and audio-visual capacity to participate. Program participants will be expected to be onscreen during each session.
