NTL Virtual Leadership Forum (VLF) for Members: Leading NTL into Leadership Development
We are thrilled to announce the third monthly NTL VLF, an exclusive event designed for our valued members. This VLF will center on a crucial discussion regarding the proposed NTL Leadership Development Labs (LDL) project, offering our members a unique opportunity to provide their insights, comments, and contributions. You may have recently received our invitation to participate in NTL’s survey on leadership development or engaged with us in one of our two town hall meetings earlier this year.
At NTL, we are embarking on a significant endeavor to create a novel set of experiential training interventions tailored explicitly for the dynamic landscape of leadership development. Approximately a dozen dedicated individuals have volunteered their time and expertise to lay the foundation for “The NTL Way.” We are excited to share our draft statement and eagerly anticipate your valuable input. We invite all NTL members to join us in shaping our approach to bringing NTL’s distinguished legacy of experiential learning and unwavering commitment to social justice to the global arena through leadership development labs. In a market characterized by its size and competitiveness, we aim to brainstorm how NTL can effectively launch and operate such initiatives to cater to this expansive and ever-evolving sector.
The primary goal of this VLF is to provide you with insights into the progress we have made thus far and, more importantly, to hear your thoughts and ideas. We seek your perspective on the challenges that today’s global leaders face, the essential competencies that leaders require for their effectiveness in this era, and the types of experiences that foster effective leadership. Additionally, we intend to explore, in collaboration with you, NTL’s unique competitive advantages in delivering leadership training, identify target markets, and gather your innovative marketing suggestions.
The results of this VLF, combined with the member survey, will serve as pivotal inputs for our decision-making processes and the subsequent steps for the LDL project.
